Our wedding team have years of experience working alongside brides to deliver the most memorable wedding days. From initial enquiry, right through the planning process, the team will be on hand to help you every step of the way. ‘We enjoy close relationships with our brides and ensure that we have a deep understanding of what they want from their day so that we can meet and exceed all their expectations on the big day’, says Nicola Fagan, Castletroy Park Events Manager. The Conference and Banqueting Manager Edward Quinlivan mentions, ‘We make sure everything runs like clockwork on the big day, we’re proud of our keen eye for detail and ensuring the family and guests of the couple enjoy first class service throughout the celebrations’.

Our reputation for excellent, locally sourced ingredients means that our food is always something that is complimented in couples’ testimonials. ‘We always ensure that the ingredients used are of the highest quality and freshness. The couple are invited to try a few options from the menu before their big day and we take their personal notes and preferences into consideration’, remarks Fintan Ryan, our Head Chef.

The hotel is also the ideal venue if you are considering a civil ceremony. We are registered to host your ceremony or blessing either in our Ballroom looking out on to the leafy terrace or in our private courtyard, perfect for a summer wedding.

All our wedding packages include overnight accommodation in the award-winning Bridal Suite for the newlyweds as well as two Junior Suites on the night of the wedding. Our resident pianist will play throughout your drinks and canapé reception in our Garden Room which is reserved for your guests. This is followed by your wedding meal and bar extension is also provided complimentary with all wedding packages.
