Our aim here at the Castletroy Park Hotel Leisure Club Limerick is to make our members’ goals achievable. Whether you are here to get fit, lose weight or tone and trim, our Exercise Specialists are on hand to tailor specific sessions to meet your individual goals and needs. Our facilities are well equipped and offer the latest equipment for varying levels of exercise.  We have a 20m heated pool with a pool depth of 3ft and 4ft. At this depth, our pool is ideal for anyone recovering from an injury and in need of any rehabilitation work. This depth is also ideal for children and families. As part of our class timetable, we offer aqua aerobics classes and this is a great way to get a good exercise session done while not putting extreme stress on your joints and muscles.

Group Swim lessons are available to members and non-members, and our swim specialists cater for beginners from age 5 upwards to the experienced swimmer for children.If you want to just relax, you can in our Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.Our membership offers start from just €180.

All Hotel residents may use the aqua and fitness facilities available free of charge. These facilities include 20 Meter swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Steam Room, Aerobics Studio, Fully equipped gymnasium.
