We had our wedding at Castletroy Park Hotel on the 18th of September, and it truly was the best weekend of our lives!

From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. The venue, decor, hospitality and food were all outstanding, and every single member of the hotel team went above and beyond to make sure we had the most incredible weekend. No ask was ever too big, and we felt so incredibly supported and looked after throughout the entire experience. The care, attention to detail and genuine effort from everyone involved made our wedding so special.

A special thank you to Nicola and Aimee. From the very beginning, Nicola and Aimee were absolutely incredible. They were so helpful, responsive and always completely on the ball. Their level of organisation, attention to detail and professionalism was exceptional, and they made the entire process feel so seamless and stress-free. We genuinely couldn’t have imagined a better venue or a better team to help bring our wedding day to life.

Where do we start?

The staff at the Castletroy Park Hotel have been nothing short of amazing, from when we first went out there last year to see the place and book it. In the weeks leading up to the big day, Nicola, Aimee, Cyril and Vinnie were so helpful to us. The ”Iconic” Package has everything any couple needs in it and takes a huge amount of stress out of the organising of the wedding.

On the day, Aimee and Cyril were fantastic, everything was stress free and went off without a single hiccup. The Ballroom was used for our Humanistic Ceremony and was absolutely beautiful. From the red carpet entrance at the doorway, all the way to the top table, we felt very at home in the hotel. The food presented to us was fantastic, tasty and very generous portions. We don’t think there was an empty belly left, and if there was, that was soon filled by the tasty food on the evening and then again with Tayto Sandwiches.

A bonus that myself and my wife enjoyed also, was that Castletroy Park Hotel is dog friendly, which is brilliant as it allowed us to bring our Springer Spaniel Bucky, out to the courtyard and get some fantastic photos taken by our Photographer. We cannot find a single fault at all with this Hotel. We would highly recommend it to anyone who is thinking about getting married there.

We had our wedding at castletroy park hotel on 28th August and cannot recommend them enough!

From the start, any questions we had, were answered promptly via email or phone. Anything we had planned and needed help with on the day was done with a smile by the lovely staff. All the staff are so friendly and accommodating. Even down to the set up of the room the night before, was done with attention to detail and exactly how we had explained we wanted it. The staff were constantly checking in during the dinner to make sure we had enough drinks etc. Every one of our guests had the best day, I cannot fault anything!

From the moment we had our first meeting with Nicola, we knew the Castletroy Park Hotel was the perfect place for our special day. Any queries or questions were answered without any hesitation. Nicola, alongside Mellissa & Jayme, was fantastic to deal with. The minute we arrived at the reception the day before, we were made to feel so welcome, and our big day was so special. We danced the night away. We would recommend any future couple to get married here.

We had an amazing wedding day at Castletroy Park Hotel, and we can’t thank the staff enough—especially Margaret, Melissa, and Jayme—for their outstanding service. Their attention to detail, warmth, and professionalism made everything run so smoothly and made us feel truly special. We are so grateful for their support in making our day perfect. We have been blown away by the incredible wedding team at Castletroy Park Hotel for their amazing support and effort when it came to planning our wonderful wedding that took place on June 26th, 2025.

The whole place looked absolutely stunning. The decor and set-up were so beautiful. Our guests couldn’t get over the beautiful atmosphere and aesthetic of the whole day. The food was also incredible! Our guests and we were so happy and stuffed after the meals!

We all had such an amazing time, and we can’t thank the hotel team enough. We have been planning our wedding since 2023, and Nicola has answered every single question and email we have had for her. And to all the rest of the team, we met as we continued our wedding planning – thank you from the bottom of our hearts. It wouldn’t have been as special without all of your support. We will certainly be back and so will our guests as we all fell in love with the place!

Just WOW! We cannot recommend The Castletroy Park Hotel enough; they made the whole experience so easy, stress-free and enjoyable. They were AMAZING!

From the first phone call, right up to checking out the morning after, they were so helpful, so pleasant, and so much fun!!
They really went above and beyond all of our expectations for the whole process. What I thought was going to be full of stress was a breeze, because of how helpful both Nicola and Melissa were.

The ceremony set up and decor were gorgeous, as was the decor and ambience in the Ballroom. The food was out of this world, and we’re still getting compliments weeks later! Every single member of staff was so obliging, happy and joyful and honestly, the whole day was by far the best day of our lives.

The food on the day was delicious, all our guests were so well fed and the menu suited all choices. Guests were all big fans of the limerick carved ham in reception also.

The decorations and set up for both ceremony and meal was amazing and made it feel personal when really we didn’t have to plan a thing it was all down to the staff.
