Castletroy Golf Club
Set in mature parklands the course will test golfers of all ability. The gentle rolling of the front nine contrasts with the stern test that awaits many on the back nine. The par 3 11th hole played over water will test the nerve of most golfers while the 14th and 17th holes offer panoramic views over the entire golf course. The 16th hole with its fairway bunkering and elevated green will require complete concentration from tee to green.
The team at Castletroy Golf Club are always pleased to welcome visiting societies as well as individual golfers to the club and can offer individually tailored packages to suit all requirements.
Castletroy is steeped in golfing tradition with Fred Daly, Harry Bradshaw, Jimmy Bruen, Joe Carr and Des Smyth some of the past winners of the Senior Scratch Cup. So follow in their footsteps and play one of Ireland’s great parkland courses.
