"Ideal venue for dinners/balls"

in April past we had the pleasure of having the Castletroy Park Hotel host our annual ball for our college course. The hotel were beyond accommodating and, on the day of the event, met us at the door to meet any requests or answer any questions that we had. They had the whole venue setup up for us in plenty of time prior to the planned starting time. Anything we requested was acted upon without a moment’s hesitation. The three course meal was absolutely fantastic and great value for all that attended. We were given free reign of the stage and venue. Any changes that we wanted made were granted without question. We will definitely be back again! A great night was had by all.
"Wonderful hotel - staff; service; food - the lot"

Have just spent the last weekend staying in the Casteltroy Park Hotel, while working in limerick for the weekend. From arrival to departure it was a joy - nothing was too much trouble for the staff; the food at both breakfast and dinner was excellent (and very plentiful!); and the service in all areas was helpful, courteous, and very friendly; the rooms were spacious and very well provided with. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Castletroy Park.

On this occasion we stayed for 4 days (3 nights). Our room was located on the second floor, a very quiet location. It was fitted out to a very high standard, complete with super king size very comfortable bed. The breakfast was superb with a very extensive menu; the porridge was the best we have ever eaten. We had dinner in the hotel each evening and it was also superb. All the staff were all very focused on providing an excellent customer service. We visited the hunt museum well worth while visit. We decided to visit loop head on the northern shore of the Shannon estuary on one day (in brilliant sunshine). The following day we explored the south side of the estuary visiting foynes tarbert and ballybunnion, we also stopped at carrigafoyle castle, one of the numerous historic castles and abbeys in the area. All in all a most enjoyable few day and it was always a pleasure to return to the Castletroy Park Hotel each evening.

we are regular customers for bar food on a sunday. Always very well looked after and served promptly. We have a small baby and the staff are always really nice if it is busy, by finding us somewhere convenient to sit with a buggy and always ask about the baby. Food is never a disappointment with a good selection on the menu. We will continue to return. There is one waiter who is always so friendly , unsure of his name but he has an american accent. He deserves to be mentioned as it makes a huge difference when the staff are nice.
