Early Bird Package:
- Your credit card will be charged the full amount at the booking stage.
- All Early Bird Rates are non-refundable and bookings cannot be cancelled or changed.
Cancellation policy for any other rates than Early Bird:
- Cancellations should be made on the website or directly to Castletroy Park Hotel by 12pm 48 hours prior to arrival to receive your cancellation number.
- If you fail to do this, you will be charged the first nights’ accommodation cost.
- Where a booking fee / deposit has been paid, this will be non-refundable.
